Kaypee Meadowlands - FAQ
1. Why is the location of Wai chosen for this project?
Wai has been chosen as the location for this project because of its proximity to
the queen of twin hill stations ‘Mahabaleshwar’ and ‘Panchgani’ . The climate is
at its best here and there is an ongoing flow of tourists all year round.
2. What is the minimum size of the plot?
Keeping in mind the luxurious weekend homes Kaypee has designed all plots size at
4300 sq.ft plus ( 400+ sq.ft.)
3. As an NRI can I buy a plot at Kaypee Meadowland?
Addressing the concern of NRI’s the project has been granted NA status and hence
NRI’s can buy plots here.
4. What is the FAR and how much area can I build?
The concept behind Kaypee Meadowlands is to provide Weekend Getaway Bungalows amidst
greenery and nature. Hence, the FAR is 1, you can build the structure with2 floors
(G+1 or P+2)
5. Does the property have a clear legal title?
Yes, the property has an absolutely clear title. The layout has been sanctioned
by the Town Planning Department and the NA status has been granted by the Collector.
Besides this, the complete periphery is compounded with barbed wire fencing and
an entrance gate. All the plots are separately demarcated and marked on site. Most
importantly, each plot owner will have a separate 7/12 abstract (A very important
aspect from legal point of view)
6. Can I view the building or layout before purchasing the plot?
By all means. The Master file is available at our head office and you can go through
the relevant papers before booking your plot.
7. What basic infrastructure has been provided?
We have provided with the basic infrastructure like water, electricity and internal
roads. External roads are already in place and are in very good condition as they
are regularly maintained under the Prime-Ministers relief fund.
8. What is the payment schedule?
The status of property is ready possession and the registration can be done immediately,
the payment too is due immediately.
9. Why has investing in plots become an increasingly popular alternate investment?
Land is a rare commodity and will continue becoming scarce by the day. Moreover,
land with a clear title is difficult to find. Due to this the returns on the ‘RIGHT’
kind of plot/land is multifold.
10. I would like to buy the plot for my child. Is this possible?
Absolutely! At Kaypee Meadowlands you can invest in the plot and in the future gift
or transfer it to him /her.
11. Will you help in building our bungalow?
Of course we will assist you. To make it convenient for our clients we have already
made a couple of models of 2 bhk and 3bhk villas and can undertake a turn-key contract
for them if they so desire. Right from passing of the plans, execution of construction,
possession to handing over of lock and key.
